Stomp The Yard’s Allan Louis has been drafted to join the cast of the upcoming series drama ‘A Gifted Man’ on CBS.

The drama that features Patrick Wilson as a surgeon named Michael Holt, whose life is flipped when out of the blues, his late wife Anna (Jennifer Ehle) starts communicating with him from the afterlife.

Louis is slated to play Donnie, a character featured in the drama’s fourth episode.

Allan Louis is known for featuring in previous stints in the short-lived drama ‘Privileged’ on CW nad making appearances on episodes of Chuck, NCIS: Los Angeles and Grey’s Anatomy.

He is well recognized and remembered for playing the part of Dr. Palmer in a 2007 film ‘Stomp The Yard’ alongside Columbus Short, Ne-Yo and Meagan Good.

The other cast members who have been confirmed to feature with him in the first season of ‘A Gifted Man’ series that premieres on September 23, 2011 on CBS are actress Cara Buono (Mad Men), Mike Doyle (Law & Order: SVU), and Rachelle Lefevre (Off The Map).
